Vision - Table - Confusion

I'm very new to this still. Any help would be excellent.

I want to create a table with 4 tags (3 pressure values / 1 Flow Rate value). The tags are history enabled.

When I open the Vison Property Editor / (Data), there are five options I can chose from under the Data Toggle. They are Data, Column Attributes, Selected Columns, Selected Rows, and Quality.

I'm very confused on what I should select for these five options. Could you help me please?

Probably start with a Tag History binding, on the Data property?
