Where Perseptive is Having the Features of Dark and Light Them, same as whether Possible. in the Visions, Need to Have Possible Solutions,
Are there any easy methods / Different approaches for this?

Vision isn't really setup for themes, you can do it to a certain degree with UIManager, but you'll spend a lot of time for mediocre results IMO.
