I I would like yo change the Icon generated by the launcher. Where should i found the folder to leave my icon? what is the format that it should be?

If you hover over the text field it gives a subtle hint:

Provide a local path like C:\images\test.png and that should do it.

I did that but it doesn’t appear. Should we do something else? Does it have to have certain properties?
