Is there a way to use Twilio for voice alarm notification without the need of a modem or the Twilio Notification Module by Kymera? I know that you can do this with VTScada out of the box and I am starting to see more and more clients dropping the analog and VoIP lines and want a service such as twilio for alarm notifications.
Our Twilio module is SMS only.
