Voice Notification SIP Integration w/Cisco Call Manager Issues

I’m trying to switch from GrandStream to a Cisco Call Manager system but its not working, the IT follow the example given on Registering Voice Alarm Module to CUCM ignition help but we can’t seem to get it to make phone calls, we keep getting Service Unavailable [503]

Has anyone got Igntion 8 working with a CUCM system?

I’m having this exact same issue with the same error messages in the Diagnostic Logs. I’ve successfully registered the Voice Alarm Module to CUCM by following this document: Registering Voice Alarm Module to CUCM | Ignition User Manual

I’ve confirmed that my CUCM configuration is correct and can call out through Zoiper, but Ignition Gateway will not call out through the test pipeline.

Has anyone been successful with this integration?
