VOIP Alarm Pipeline Default Message

I am having trouble locating the definition for default messages in my alarm pipeline. I know there was an expression somewhere that allows me to use main and state properties to construct a message but I'm not seeing anything in the notification block properties.

This is a VOIP notification pipeline. I may be remembering from a SMS pipeline, but I would expect the same functionality to exist.

So, is there no way to set the alarm message that the voice reads out?

I really just want to force all messages to lowercase with lower() because it reads out caps words letter-by-letter.
