Web Support Tickets doesn´t work

At present, the web Support Tickets doesn´t work.

I see the same thing if I try to go in from the IA Account screen but if from the home page I click on the user icon in the top right and then “My Support Tickets” it lets me view my open support tickets from there.

This doesn’t work for me. When I click on My Support Tickets I’m directed to https://inductiveautomation.com/support/

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I’ve notified the team responsible for that functionality, and I’m sure they’ll be taking a look shortly.

I’ve also noticed that a LOT of my older tickets have been removed… which is quite disturbing, as i would like to go back to revisit old issues to see what we did to fix them etc…
I only have 3 tickets viewable on the new webpage now, but i used to have over a dozen.

Hi Kumar,

I’m not aware of any issues, but also not involved with the department that maintains the support tools. I’ve notified members of that department of this thread so they can take a look and follow up with you if needed.

The issue reported in the original post of this thread was resolved. If you are still running into an issue with redirects or broken links, email website@inductiveautomation.com. If you are seeing a problem with your support tickets, email support@inductiveautomation.com.
