Webdev module create a website

Hi,

I installed Ignition 7.9.2 and Webdev module on my computer.
I created a file ressource wich is a HTML file named index.html.
How can I reach this page in my web browser ?
I’ve tested URL http://localhost:8088/main/system/webdev/myproject/index.html which is not work.
What can I do ?
