Websocket disconnected

I'm currently having an issue where a monitoring session, that needs to stay open at all cost/time on the webpage but we keep getting WebSocket disconnected from session. The last two times, it took around 5-7 days before the session disconnected. A gray banner appear on the webpage saying "No connection to gateway" and when we refresh the page, we need to "advanced" and access with the SSL certification warning (self signed).

From what I understand, the session timeout of 60seconds that we have is triggered because the browser has lost the connection to the gateway for more than 60 seconds. I don't think the solution is to just increase the timeout period, as when it occur, it doesn't seem to ever come back automaticaly.

I tried to update a few flags in Chrome settings (old version) because my first thought was some network throttling issue inside the browser that would make the connection drop. This didn't change anything. We also have the webpage open on a monitor on it's own, but without the "focus" of the mouse on it, if that matters.

Let me know if I can share any config/infos to help get this resolve quickly.

Import your certificate. IIRC, the advanced override isn't permanent.
