Do you know the button property’s associated to a blue rectangle and available when you press a button? I’ve joined a screenshot to illustrate this rectangle.

I’m sorry, I’m very confused as to what your question actually is…
Are you seeing the blue around the button and you do not want to?
Are you asking how to make your button appear as the screenshot does?
It would help a bit if you could provide an image of what you are currently seeing, and a description or image of what you want to see.

I want to change the blue color around the button. By example, replace the blue by red.
The blue color in your image is decided by the browser (Chrome) at this time.
If you open the relevant page in Firefox or Edge, you’ll notice that there is NO rectangle.
Modifying the color of this rectangle and/or removing it is not something we currently support inside the Designer, but you could do so by modifying the theme file in use by Perspective. Please note that any changes you make to the theme files as of this time will be used by ALL projects. Any changes we make to the theme files at a future date could produce conflicting and/or incompatible behaviors down the road, so it’s a slipper slope, but one that we’ve provided for you if you find it absolutely necessary.
That being said, this should do what you want.
