What is the logic behind this tag going false?
[System]Gateway/Redundancy/Connection/IsConnected
This tag is going false once a day, trying to troubleshoot to identify cause.
the other related tags are true and do not go false like:
[System]Gateway/Redundancy/IsActive

It’s mostly driven by the gateway network connection state between the master and backup gateways. If the connection faults, this value will become false. There are other things that drive the value, like if the master and backup gateways are incompatible due to platform or installed module differences. But these wouldn’t cause the value to change once per day. The first place to troubleshoot would be the gateway network connection between the master and backup gateways.
