We have a discrete tag that I only want to record history when the tag changes. I don't need a minimum or maximum time between samples. Will a setting of 0 for both Min and Max remove any min and max time sample when sample mode is On Change?

Yes, 0 will remove any time and only capture on change.

I just assumed 0 would never sample. My assumption just turned out to work lol.
