What's the relationship between SECS/GEM and OPC UA on Ignition Gateway?

Is Gateway a OPC UA server and so that SECS/GEM module is a special implement of device driver to connect to OPC UA server(Gateway)?

No relationship at all, it’s not implemented as a driver for our server.
