When I disconnect the dualization from the computer that was entered as the existing backup account and enter my account, the gate name appears as the master account. How can I see it as the original account?

For reference, I also tried restarting the gateway.

Are you referring to Redundancy by dualization? Can you provide some screenshots/recordings of the issue and behavior you're seeing?

Can Modbus and Modbus 2 be redundant in the device?

Redundancy cannot be directly configured between Modbus/OPC-UA devices. Instead you could configure a redundant OPC-UA server that connects to the primary OPC-UA server.
