When we add a new alarm tag in exiting UDT, Alarms are getting triggered though the condition not met

Hi,

I have added a new alarm tag in UDT which should trigger when the boolen tag reaches 1.

Monitoring quality status =1 the alarm will get trigger. When I update the UDT with new tag all instances are triggering and getting alarm. All machines appearing in the alarm table with cleared state. But while updating the UDT tag all the Quality staus instance tag value is zero only. This is only happening at the initial time when we are updating the UDT. How can we prevent this?

Maybe try changing the ‘Notify Initial Events` to False?

That option is kept as False by default we didn’t change
