I enabled the Media Debug option. It says "If true, call audio will be recorded to the Ignition temp directory."
Where is the Ignition temp directory?
Check $IGNITION_INSTALL_DIR/temp where $IGNITION_INSTALL_DIR is wherever you chose to install the Ignition Gateway.
No temp directory there....
