I am experiencing a persistent white blank screen issue in my Ignition application, version 8.1.10, while using Google Chrome on a Windows Server 2019 system. The application intermittently loads to a white screen, making it impossible to access any features. While refreshing the page sometimes temporarily resolves the issue, it keeps reoccurring.
I have checked the browser console for errors and found none, and I have already cleared the cache. Additionally, I have tested the application in multiple browsers and verified that all software is updated. But no luck!
Any suggestions? I'm very much frustrating!
So the only browser it doesn't work in is Chrome on the specific Windows Server 2019 instance? have you attempted to use another browser on that specific sever?
Yes, I have tested it on multiple browsers, including Firefox and Edge on the same server, and the issue persists only with Chrome. Any idea why this might be specific to Chrome?
Also, are there any browser extensions loaded that could be interfering with Ignition? I've seen many times some random extension cause issues with other sites, but it's a possibility it could break Ignition screens too, depending on what it's modifying on the page.
