Why users stored database connect in to Vision client and they can't in to Perspective web app

Hello, I have created a user source type Database
They can connect in to vision client but they are not connecting in to perspective web app
Sommeone can explain me what happened or why I can't connect on web app using usernames stored on database.

Maybe I changed something on Gateway configuration or on Designer, but I can't understand what was changed.

maybe an easy question for others but I need to understand why I can't log in even if I use the administrator username

We aren't psychics. You say you can't understand what might have changed, but you expect us to be able to? :man_shrugging:

Please show everything that might be related to this problem so others can spot possible mistakes.

thank you for your anwser @pturmel
What I'am saying is:
I created users . they are stored in database.
When open Vision Client Launcher, I can connect in to vision cleint using those identity of usernames and passwords stored in database.

And when I try connect in to web application, I get error message:

Login failed. Please try again. Normally the same user that use to connect in to vision client must be connected in to web app.

That's what you said the first time.

it is possible usersource to connect in to vision client and not in web app ?

Perspective uses the "Identity Provider" mechanism, which can be connected to a user source, but isn't necessarily. So, yes, it is perfectly possible for a user name and password combination to work in Vision and not in Perspective.

Show us everything that might be relevant. Without that, we cannot help you.

Hello, I didn't have the words to describe the problem . But after several recherches, I was able to understand that identity provider that was defined in to projet was not god.

I created an idp at Gateway, and I define user source stored in db

and I went to the project property and assigned it.

now I can connect in to vision client et web app.
