We are currently utilizing a ticketing system called Clearfeed for our internal helpdesk. I have created a form that allows them to submit a ticket (though, even that is imperfect), but I had noticed they had a chat widget as well. I'm wondering if it's at all possible to integrate this into a perspective session? I'm not super familiar with website widgets or their installation...so I'm not really sure what is involved, or where I would even being if this were possible. Below is a screenshot of the instructions given from Clearfeed.
