Window position

I am having trouble with this window. You can see the select list button.

But when I run it live this happens. I have even tried dragging it all the wat to the end and still wont come out correct.

Set the ‘Select List’ dropdown to be anchored to the bottom and right edges of the window:

is there any reason why buttons are good on my screen and then when launched on another computer with smaller screen size they move in the wrong place, buttons moved up

The smaller screen size is just playing with relative positions of components. I ran into this awhile back when one station used a square monitor when every other used a rectangular one. You should always develop for your smallest screen / resolution first. If your design works on the smallest screen, it will be pretty much guaranteed to work on larger ones.
