The problem: Windows 7 can’t update the clock through “Internet time”. This caused my OPC connection issues discussed here.
This registry ‘hack’ will add the U.S. pools from ntp.org into the server list, and put them at the top.
Feel free to edit the file to fit your portion of the world. Go to http://www.pool.ntp.org to get available pools.
