We have a project that has recently been deployed and our customer is experiencing some Wifi connection issues. They are walking the production floor using a Perspective Client on a mobile Windows 10 device (tablet).
I was hoping to get a little more information regarding sessions within perspective.
If the user is entering data into a perspective page and the connection interruption is short they can continue to finalize the entered data.
However is the connection issue persists, Perspective reloads their page and they can lose come of the entered content.
We are running mostly in Chrome.
Is there any further information you can provide on how perspective handles lost connection to the gateway? Just looking to see if we can minimize the impact to the user until they can resolve their wifi issues.
