in our project we want to display alarms delivered by the machine. These alarms are delivered throug Events. From this post it seems that the ability to do this through Ignition is planned for 8.3. Kevin suggests:
You might be able to find a 3rd party OPC UA server that subscribes to events and in turn exposes them as a set of regular variables or something. Not really sure how that would work in practice
We tried using Kepex, but it only seems to work as a Server and not a Client, so it also doesn't read Events. Has anyone found a Workaround or a Third-Party Software that could do this?
