Writing integer value to A-B ControlLogix PLC via Ignition Designer screen

That is not what you were asked to do. You were asked to go to the Ignition Designer Tag Browser window and edit the value there.
If the PLC takes the value then Ignition is able to write to the PLC tag.
If the PLC does not take the value then Ignition is not able to write to the PLC tag.

If you answer this correctly we can take the next step.

Something isn't correct here because reading and writing to Allen Bradley PLCs is almost trivial with Ignition.

A few questions:
• What happens when you change the value directly in Ignition's tag browser? Do you get an error?
• Can you show us the Ignition tag browser's tag configuration?
• When you cross reference the tag within the PLC, are there any destructive bits [OTE, OTL, MOV, COP, CPS, etc]? If so, an we see them?

I hope i am clear to explain what i was trying to do. answer to your question, yes, I could change value in ignition tag browser and change value in PLC. but my goal is to enter value from Ignition Screen, not from tag browser.
Like click on the number on the Ignition screen and enter value there, which reflect in PLC.

We understand this, but the solutions we provided above with the binding or the scripting should work. Since they are not working, we need to troubleshoot the reason why. The subsequent suggestions, including to change the value directly from Ignition's tag browser, are just part of a troubleshooting process. We need to know what happens when you do these things because it will shed some light on why the standard practices we recommended above aren't working.

FWIW, I have projects with hundreds of numeric text fields that write to Allen Bradley PLCs, so I know for a fact that what you are wanting is achievable.

Gents, finally issue is resolved. something was not correct in the tag. I delete that tag and redo the whole exercise, create new tag and do the binding and everything started working. I got some support from Inductive automation and Mr. Gurnur Rai was helpful to resolved issue.
Thank you to all for your suggestions/Comments during troubleshooting issue.

Is this a question? Is it related to Sanjay's question? If the answers are yes and no, please start a new topic.

Why over complicating things?
Just drag the PLC tag to the screen, it will ask you what you want to create.
Then enable the read/write.
