Moving around inductiveautomation.com is not a very fast experience.
It takes about 5-10 seconds to load each page, and shows a white blank screen between each navigation event.

If it's fast from CA but not fast from midwest I would consider using winMTR from midwest to see if there is a hop that's experiencing problems.
Usually you'll see a hop that has high packet loss.
