Zebra Scanner DS9308 and Text Input issue

Hi everyone,

I have a Zebra scanner DS9308 that is used to count parts and in the same page I have a Text Input. I cannot be able to use the scanner to keep counting parts and the keyboard to fill the Text Input. After a page refresh I am able to write in the Text Input but once I use the scanner to count a part I cannot write in the Text Input again until a page refresh.

Is there a way to do both actions without a page refresh?

Are you sure the text input still has focus after a scan? Does the station have a mouse?

I would use a barcode scanner input component for scanning and a separate text input for manual entry.
