61850 Driver MMS Report issues

Hello, I have a few questions about the 61850 REPORT function.

1. As shown in the picture, I selected REPORT 1 and confirmed that RptEna is checked, but I cannot receive the data.

If I select REPORT 6, my RptEna is not checked, but I can still receive the data.

2. I see the correct timestamp on the CB stVal, but in the settings, I did not check Report Timestamp.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   On the contrary, when I check it, the timestamp becomes incorrect. I have already confirmed that I have imported the SCD correctly and am using the OSI Params and hostname from the SCD.

I have confirmed that IED SCOUT
REPORT 1 is in use,
REPORT 6 is not in use.
However, for the OPC TAG, only REPORT 6 can still receive data.
