[BUG: 1193] 8.1.0 Tag browser tag add/remove collapses all nested folders within folder modified

When adding, moving, or removing tags within a folder, if the folder has sub-directories, then these are all collapsed for all designer sessions. This is super annoying, especially if multiple people are working on tags within those sub-folders and they keep collapsing.

Example of another engineer adding a new folder while I have my own Designer open:

Thank you for reporting this. A bug has been created for this. It looks as though this behavior has existed in some form since at least 8.0.
