I've found a bug with the progress bar border. I change it to none, but a binding on the direction changes left to right to right to left and the default border comes back.

Even changing the border through a binding or style customizer, the issue still persists.

I was able to replicate it as well. I'll work on getting a ticket filed for this.

[BUG]Vertical Progress Bar

The progress bar has left to right and right to left options, as well as a horizontal/vertical option. However, using the vertical option it can only be bottom to top. Changing the direction option does not change it to top to bottom. I also can't rotate the progress bar so I can't get a top to bottom progress bar. As a workaround I can switch the background and foreground colors.
