[BUG] Database Query Browser queries clear

The DB Query Browser tool clears the queries when you do certain things like:

  1. Open the DB tool from another "workspace" (e.g. Scripting/Perspective/Vision/Named Queries) by clicking on Tools -> Database Query Browser
  2. Refresh the DB list within the tool

Also, unrelated, opening a new query tab currently doesn't open the new tab, it just creates it and leaves you where you are; it should open the new tab
