[Bug Report] Gateway Project Launcher Sort Order on Date Incorrect

When sorting the Gateway Project List on Date Modified, the list is sorted on month (ascending or descending), not chronological order.

I understand IA is revamping the Gateway web pages for 8.3, but I figured I would report it as a bug to make sure the developers were aware and could fix it for 8.1.
