There is a bug with the displaying of toolbars after pressing the "Reset Panels" button under the View menu. After doing so, all toolbars are shown, and remain shown, even after I deselect them from the toolbar selection dialog.
Click to another workspace and back again.
This is actually fixed in 8.1.22, also:
