Can't download from Ignition Exchange

Hi Everyone,

I can’t download from Ignition Exchange. Every time I click download I get redirected to a login page, even though I’m logged in already. There has been previous threads on this, but I have tried all the suggestions and still it won’t work.

Hi! Was starting to create a ticketing environment for our clients through perspective and found a user feedback view in Ignition Exchange. The problem is that I cannot download it (or any resources from Ignition Exchange). The environment says I need to log in although I am logged in. Can somebody help me out on this one?

Hi @925681905, I’ve had similar issues in the past, but the solution @kirsten.chambers suggested has always worked for me. I also always get the download popup (which can be very frustrating). I’m predominantly use Chrome, but I might give a few others a test. Could it be a browser type/version issue?

Aren't you also having trouble with IU? Perhaps your browser/firewall/proxy path is the problem.

Hi Jayden, the login for the Exchange will be a separate login. You'll use the same login that you use for your IA Portal, but will need to log in on the Exchange page. This can be done by selecting the login in the top section on the Exchange or the popup window that appears when trying to download a resource.

If you are still having issues after doing the separate login I'd suggest looking into Phil's idea. Let us know if you are still having difficulty after trying both.
