I posted about this yesterday, and then my Designer finally loaded and everything was fine.
But today, it's happening to another Gateway, not even on my machine. Here's my original post:
Fresh download. Fresh install. I set up a single inheritable project. Gateway resides on my local machine (for now), same as the designer. No error messages in the logs.
I did have Ignition installed previously, but I uninstalled and restarted my machine before installing again.
Whenever I launch the Designer, it just gets stuck at the loading screen where it says "Starting Module: Perspective" It will hang there forever. I've already tried uninstalling, restarting, and reinstalling. The problem isn't going away. The log files tell me nothing.
There are no errors in the log files. This happens on my localhost Gateway and on a remote Ignition Edge project. Just, all of the sudden, every project on every Gateway I try to open takes orders of magnitude more time than it used to. It's taking literally 15-30 minutes for Designer to open. Every time. Is anyone else seeing this?
