In Perspective - Table - Ignition User Manual 8.1 - Ignition Documentation (inductiveautomation.com) is described how to enable/disable Paging. Maybe, i am deeply blind, but I cant find this item in the Perspective Property Editor: Where can i switch this entry

I dont find it intuitve. Because it only suggests that it is not displayed but active. There might be a scenario that you dont want to make it visible, but drive it by code.
