Hello,
We have a simple 2 gateway network. All of the Clients connect to gateway A, and all of the tags are kept and processed on gateway B.
We are trying to shelve alarms through the Alarm Status Table, but when we do it, we are getting an error: “Remote shelving is not allowed on this Gateway.”
I can’t find anywhere in the gateway settings that would allow or disallow this.
I’m curious if I need to create an alarm journal on my “gateway A” which currently doesn’t have an alarm journal configured.
Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.
