Ignition gateway auto-boot

Hello. I am currently running Ignition gateway 7.9.10 on a Windows Server 2019 virtual machine running off VMWare ESXi 6.7 and a Dell R730 server. I’m trying to have the gateway automatically start running upon at Windows login. However, the gateway is always stopped, even after shutting down while running. I’ve checked the Service Manager in Windows and the Ignition service is configured to start automatically. Therefore, I’m wondering if there another setting or configuration that needs to be checked?

This gateway is a redundancy to another gateway (identical VM/server setup), which is able to automatically start on Windows login.

Some people have had luck setting the Ignition service to Automatic (Delayed Start).
