Ignition vision slowness issue

Hello, I am having issues with read/write SIMATIC S7-1500 plc tags from ignition 8.1.10 via OPC UA connection. Ignition Application reading the Tags from PLC and displayed the values in the ignition vision screen.
Sometimes users reporting the values taking about 30 secs to display in vision screen after tags are reading from ignition

once OPC UA module restarted from ignition gateway, this issue is resolved. But it will raise again after a week or two.

Could you please help me what is the issue and solution for this?

Vision Application Slowness Issue

Hi, We are developed a vision application using ignition v8.1.10. sometimes application is very slow (once or twice in a week) until server got restart. But once we restarted the server, application again back to normal. I checked in the the gateway CPU, Memory, Tag Scripts. All looks fine. Please suggest what could be the other reasons for this slowness issue. Thanks in Advance.
