Pending Status Showing for a few seconds when a button is clicked

Is there anyway of not showing the 'Pending Status' when a button is clicked in Perspective ? I've tried checking the Overlay Opt Out box in the binding and nothing changed. I'm using an OPC UA connection to a Siemens S71500 PLC

One thing you could probably try is setting up optimistic writes for that tag group:

Stop Button borders changing during Tag Write

You can also change the scanclass of those tags to have ‘OPC Optimistic Writes’ enabled. With this setting, the OPC server will assume that writes go through (thus immediately returning good quality to the binding) while the tag write happens in the background.

You also may want to increase the polling rate for that tag group so that you get actual confirmation faster.
