Perspective Expression Binding like this:
When I visit it in Browser, it show normal.
But when I open it in Designer, it not normal?
What version of Ignition are you using?

Is this an embedded view? There was an issue fixed in 8.1.40 that caused unicode characters to display incorrectly in the designer:
