Perspective Time Series Chart - timeAxis Time Format

I have my timeRange set to display 24hr time format and I would like my timeAxis to match. I am unable to change the time format of the timeAxis property.
Also, with the current timeAxis format, on the hour displays 02 PM where the other ticks display the full time including minutes, ie.) 2:05 (but not AM or PM)

Hi @vcgasman, I do have a feature request open to allow control over the label format for both axes.

Is there any update on the ability to format the time on the Time Series Chart?
this chart starts at 7am. I would like the tick and time to line up.
