Perspective Workstation not starting after changing the machine name on RedHat

We needed multiple PCs with the same configuration on RedHat, so we installed one, and cloned it to 25 other PCs.

Perspective Workstation is configured to auto start and works perfectly on all machine.

If we rename the PC (as we don't want to have multiple PCs with the same name), Perspective Workstation does not start, with the Unable to create browser instances. I saw this link: Browser Creation Failed - Unable to create browser instances, but we don't want to reinstall on every PC.

If we set the name back to the original, Perspective Workstation open again

Any easy way to fix this?
I was suspecting the "device.identifier" in workstation.json

Can you launch it from the client launcher (meaning, can you open the launcher, and then open the application from there?)

I've noticed that the client launcher will write to that file each time it's opened, but not from an application shortcut.
