I am having the same issue described but the resolution isn't helping me. Ignition sends a SMS message (text) through the modem. The acknowledge code is sent back to the modem but seems to stop there. It never acknowledges the alarm in Ignition. No matter where I try to see the country code, it doesn't show up. Inductive tech support ended up having me contact Sierra but still no luck.
