Save to Excel on Easy Chart

Hi. I keep getting asked by our client why when using Easy chart save to excel data they get 2 values in the excel that have the same times but different values

In Excel are you formatting the timestamp field out to seconds?
Most likely it is formatted to Hour:Minute and you aren’t seeing the seconds.

Change the aggregation mode on the pens to something other than Min/Max:
