Tag group failed to add x items to the subscription

Hello,

After adding additional tags to our project, we began to receive the following errors

[tag-group-default_default-unleased] Failed to add 181 items to the subscription- error codes were returned from the OPC server. To see the codes, change the log level to debug and re-initialize the items.

We are using OPC-DA COM type of connection.

Do you guys have any suggestions on how to tackle this problem?

It seem that it was a bug. We deleted all tag groups, create new ones with the same properties (only change tag group name). Then we select on each tag newly created tag group and there are no more warnings. So far so good
