Can the tag report tool be queried and used in a perspective project and displayed on a report?
Results like this in a project:
I have several people using our Ignition instance and leaving the historical deadband to 0.01, flooding my SQL DB. I would like to see it on a report.
The tool will generate a jython script for you for a given set of criteria. You can put that into a report as a scripted data source. (Not exactly simple--the scripted query doesn't yield a dataset, so you'd have to convert.)
That really is a great idea!. Such a great idea that it is done. Just needs some polishing and auditing before it can go to the Exchange.
