Can you upload a full copy of your wrapper logs and your gateway.xml file? From the screenshot it looks like the port is not getting set but I’m not positive.

The proplem was fixed by several time of reinstalling the app
And i notice these change in install-info.txt
And in log file

I think a wrapper log could still help. Also, there should be a designerlauncher.log file in your user account. Can you upload that as well?

No there is not i install it right now i used quick start
