You could just try changing the region and then restart the ignition service.

I change and i restart but nothing change
I will try my best searshing for the solution i will change more than one region and see date in log file if it is appear or not i wish i fix it

You may want to try restarting the machine as well. Sometimes region changes don’t fully take effect until restart.
I repeated several time with several region . But no thing Changed

Since the gateway seems to be running and accessible, can you try launching the designer again and then if it doesn’t connect, try expanding the details in the pop up?
You could also close the launcher, delete the designerlauncher.log file and then try again. That way it’s a fresh log.
Also, just to be sure, is this a brand new installation?
