You can only see as much as will fit on your screen in the documentation for a UDT. For Long UDTs it would be helpful to have a scroll bar so you can scroll through documentation.
After some checking, this is present on all “Documentation” fields in the designer, so not just UDT editor.
Time to get a 4k monitor

Funny you mention that, I have a 4k monitor but am forced to run it in 1440p because of this bug that’s been present for years now.
Edit: Looks like this is actually fixed in 8.1.18, so now I can re-enable my full resolution.
No point using a 4K if you’re not using 100% scaling though
