BUG - 12824 - Importing vision 7.9.10 project to vision v8

Hello

I try to import my project which is created with 7.9.10 to v8. The problem is when I run projects the runtime only show gray screen with yellow evaluation timer at button.
In designer, I use a custom font but the font doesn’t render properly. (the font is installed and server is the same with old one)
Also I feel designer a little laggy compare to 7.9.10
Is there any procedure I should do for migration?

Hi Nader

Have you tried creating a 7.9.10 gateway backup and then restoring it on the 8.0 Gateway and seeing if you get the same results? If the issue is still present you could always send us the backup so we can continue investigating the issue

Tested just now with build b2019021902, still getting the grey screen.

Any luck. I’m still waiting.

Will continue to investigate until we come up with an appropriate solution to the problem

This issue was fixed in the build that was uploaded today (2/21).
Please let us know if you continue to see this behavior after upgrading.

The Gray screen solved but font problem is still remain.
